Claire Lim

Editor in Chief
Claire is a junior in Columbia College studying Cognitive Science on the Pre-Dental track. Growing up in North Carolina, she was excited to come to New York and expose herself to all the flavors and cuisines that this city has to offer. If Claire is not out trying to find new restaurants to rate on Beli, you’ll probably find her with 3 plates and a soup bowl in the dining hall. In her down time, she’s experimenting with new baked goods in her kitchen with a cozy show on in the back. Now at her 3rd year with the magazine, she looks forward to meeting new members and spending her final semesters with Columbia Eats! Magazine!
Kamtoya Okeke

Managing Editor
Kamtoya is a sophomore in Columbia College studying Cognitive Science. Raised in a Nigerian household, she learned to cook based on vibes and smell. She loves experimenting with new recipes and spends her free time saving restaurants around the world for trips she hasn’t taken yet.
Samantha Kim

Finance & Funding Chair
Samantha is a sophomore in Columbia College studying Applied Mathematics and Data Science. Of course, as a native New Yorker, Samantha loves the food scene in NYC. Samantha likes pottery, posting on her Beli account, and going to art museums in the city. (MoMA is her favorite!)
Victor Lee

Public Relations & Social Media Chair
Victor is a freshman in Columbia College intending to study Neuroscience and Behavior. Having grown up between Eastern and Western worlds in Honolulu, Hawai’i, Victor was ecstatic to get to explore another city bustling with cultures. When he’s not eating, he enjoys lifting weights, listening to podcasts, and improving his Korean and Japanese.
Mason Lau

Writing & Editing Chair
Mason is a junior in Columbia College studying Cognitive Science and Statistics. Hailing from Westchester, NY, Mason could not seem to get away from the foods and cuisines just 30 minutes south of him. If he’s not playing basketball he’s probably watching it, and if he’s not doing either of those he’s eating something delicious.
Andrew Wu

Graphics & Layout Chair
Andrew is a freshman in the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Sciences studying Applied Physics. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Andrew made it a point to try a restaurant in every city he visited. He is very excited to look for more eats in the city!
